Reiki is a Japenese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is adminstered by laying on of hands and can be easily learned.

Joe has been a Reiki practitioner since 2003 and a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2005. He is certified and qualified to give Reiki treatments and to teach the Usui Method of Reiki to others.
